At the beginning of FY19 the Georgia Department of Education revealed the revised pyramid of interventions. Georgia’s Tiered System of Supports for Students integrates the 4 segmented pyramid we knew as RTI  (Response to Intervention).

Response to Intervention (RTI) is now part a Multi-Level Prevention System to ensure instructional practices are being personalized to meet the individual needs of all learners. How students respond to interventions is essential to improving learning and behavioral outcomes for all students.
