What: A Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) offers an alternative approach to family engagement. A tiered approach to family engagement helps teachers and administrators to adapt to the contexts, needs, and preferences of every family in the school so that ALL families are engaged in their children’s education. In this session, GaDOE MTSS and Parent Mentor Partnership teams will partner with Parent to Parent of Georgia to help families and educators understand their role within the framework and work together to improve student success.

For more information, visit www.gadoe.org/MTSS or email gamtss@doe.k12.ga.us.
